hmmm, how much would you pay

I got my car about 2 weeks ago, and I'm just curious, how much do you think you would have payed?

    It's an 89 LXi 4 dr

    Power everything, sun roof
    145,000 miles
Full body kit (front is chipping, the guy obviosly hit something)
    Small stock spoiler
    Small rust spot on back
    5 speed
The car itself is in great shape, runs great looks pretty nice
    Everything is still stock

I payed 3000, what would you have payed?

i think it would be worth that maybe a little less in massachusetts but i would have to say you did alright.
one of my 88 lx's is up for parts. good engine and transmission. pretty much everything is there. the fenders and hood are bad but other than that it's pretty good.

RIP my beutiful 5g coupe. May the villans rot in hell!

This is the same as the one under my name, just blown up.

And this is another from a different angle.

I'd take more, but it's getting dark.. So maybe tomorrow. You can make out the car at least though.

I'd say thats about an average price. It does depend on where you live and what kind of used vehicle market exists. For example, I bought my 3g for 2800 CDN in a city with just over 100,000 people. Down on the west coast of the province (about 5 hours from my city) we have Vancouver plus all the surrounding cities and the US border. The same car down there would probably be 1500-2000 CDN. Old cars are usually cheaper in some areas because of pollution regulations where you need to have it tested.
    Now:
    -1988 Honda Prelude custom
-1988 Honda Accord (to be fixed and sold)
    Soon:
    -some big 4x4 truck
    -91 Acura NSX

Nope, an even 3. He helped me out by putting 1000 as the sales price though. I payed 800 of the car no matter what, my parents got the rest So I'm not complaining. I love the car already.
