    Car accidents suck!

    AAAHHHHH!!!!!

my baby got hit today. what was once a beautiful masterpiece has become another dented, smashed, and broken piece of art.

My passanger side was nailed by the side of a 96 Ford Escort going about 55 in a 30.

I now need a new bumper, passanger side fender, and the entire retractable headlight assembly. Luckily the only damage my hood suffered was the plastic grill. But now my car is a perminant pa-diddle.

I'm so depressed... you've got no idea. I love my car. It's my first one and now she's got the worst "black eye" ever. Oye vey.

Anyone know where to get direct OEM factory replacement parts? I know they'd cost an arm and a leg, i was just wondering is all. I'll probalby just go to the bone yard and rip the stuff off an old junker. Then i'll go to wal-mart and buy some spray paint for 25cents a can and have my way with it... lol.

Naw. However, considering that color matching through professionals is pricey i may just spray the new bumper flat gray or black... i could do it to the rear bumper too.. it'd just look like a DX or something. I dont really know though.. depends on what i find. This is so depressing....

I'll post pictures of the damage in the morning... Night!

Poor car.... she needs some plasic surgery. Bumper... right side headlight assembly... passangerside fender... and the rear wheel wells have been rotting through recently.... i know what im doing with my 1st summer paycheck taking a trip to Junk Yard World and riding the cheap slide to Fix my car ville.

That and i'll need bondo... lots of bondo... and primer paint... then i'll get her pro. painted. Maybe a diamond coat to keep her shining for the next 15 years. Mmm the possibilities...

Crashes are depressing... Stupid Ford Escorts...
This shows that SUV's are also dangerous parked... if that damned Explorer wasnt there I'dve been just fine. Supid obstruction of vision... parking lots suck too... and people who speed suck. You'll need to see the pics...
