    Arrow Brake question-

I put new brembo slotted rotors on my lxi and did new pads as well, but when they get really hot they don't grab, they take forever to slow me down, and its kind of scary, I'm just wondering if they do this until they get broken in or if its the pads I'm using...

Has anyone else had this problem or can anyone help me out with this???

Yes thee on the right way and the breaks were blead, everything was done correctly... they just get really hot and not grab, and I just had a new master clinder and break booster put in so its not that and all the break seals were replaced as well...

Well did you break em in properly? I still have 200 miles to go until I can brake normally. I know with my EBC Sport Rotors I needed to get EBC Greenstuff pads. So you might have bad pads. It's all I can think of. Maybe your sliders on the calipers are stuck? That happend with mine and it was really hard to brake. So when they are cooled try and move the caliper to the left and right. They should move and if they don't that could be the problem.

I'm thinkin the pads arn't rated for the rotors and they arn't designed to take the heat that the rotors give off, I did break them in properly and I've probably put 600 miles on them so far so they are past the break in point...
