    custom guages

    hey where did you guys get the guages from?? is there a link or print out versions you can print out and tick onto our guages.. i want a set of white guages...if anyone has the link to them or has the the ones you print out.. could you post them up..thanks

    The easiest..well cheapest way its to take out the old bezzle, scan it, change the colours and high-rez print it. some ppl have alumn bezzle's too but thats a lot more work

    ya i tried the ones from pauls...but they are in a ZIP format... so when i try to open them in paint or imaging...it says invalid file format..so i can't open them....

    how did you guys open them and print them out??

    get winzip and unzip them, then open them. www.winzip.com

    ok now i did that..
    but now what size are they supposed to be.. cuz i opened one up and prinetd it. and it was HUGE!!!!

    i know how to scale it down.. but what size does it need to be?

    you can buy them on ebay for like 30 bucks too. And they will light up, unlike the printout ones.

    what i wanna know is what did you guys print the gauges from paul's site on. that has been a big question in the threads that involve these gauges. i wouldn't think you would print them out on regular printing paper, so what's the deal.

    ummm acually u can be creative like me, and acually make em glow like indiglow gauges, I used two 9inch black light neon tubes and they look sweet, then they will light up... but in order to get a full glow effect u must remove all gauge light bulbs in the back in order to get that glow effect perfectly from the black lights... or u can be creative and use different colored neons to do so... it looks sweet.... lataz
    I will alwayz drive my 3rd gen Accord, ya'll will neva c me driving a 4 door Ford.. lol

    I taped the edges down and used a razor. Oh and i took my sweet a$$ time doing it.
