Which direction do you have to turn the screw to increase the fuel? Do you screw it in (clockwise) or counter-clockwise? Also, if you increse the fuel does that automatically decrese the amount of air flow? Thanks.

The way I understood it is that if its screwed all the way in its not allowing much fuel through the idle circuit, thus leaner. If you screw it out you get more fuel because the idle fuel passage is opened more, thus richer
The screw literally has a long conical tip to help you understand it more.
