Extra emissions lines?

I have just finished my EFI swap and before and I start it up and gp for a drive and need to know what to do with these extra lines. I'm putting on a CAI so there is 4 hoses that hook up to the old air intake.There is the two hoses that come out of the vacum box. Two on the left side of the engine compartment. One goes to the A/C idle boost valve and the other goes to the idle control selonid valve that is next to the brake booster.
DO I all 4 need to have them going to the CAI or not. All so I removed the cruise control and need to know what to do with that hose which comes out of the side of the intake. I think I just need to plug the cruise hose.

Come on guys. I know that all of you who have a CAI know what to do with the extra hoses.
