Question Foot Rest For The Automatic 3gee

ok, i had known that they made the rubber piece that u rest ur foot on to the left of the brake pedle in the automatic. im guessing it only came in the SE-I. well i kinda want this piece cuz my carpet is warring a lil bit right there. i found a foot rest at the junk yard that looks to be in good condition. so, whadda yall think, should i get it? maybe i should cuz that would be nice to have like my 02 accord has. i wonder if i will have to drill a hole for the bolt, or if there is a hole already there. i know there is this rubber stopper thing under the carpet but im not shur if its where the bolt is going to.

my lx-i has one, but i never use it. I always have my knee bent and rest my left arm on my knee, and i steer with my left hand while i drape my right arm over the passenger seat. Quite comfortable. I guess if u actually rest ur foot down there then go ahead and get one.

Well you could buy some aftermarket pedals and get a set that has the dead pedal and screw it into the floor so it will stop wearing down the carpet. I just bought new OBX racing pedals and it came with the dead pedal. I'm happy b/c they look sweet and will add a nice look to the interior.

:lol hehehe that just woke me up Mike. You can never take your eyes off that left foot b/c it will just chew that carpet right up. Sit foot..... Stay..... What you could do is get N2O and put the button down by the left foot and then your foot would have something to do VVRRROOOOOOOMMMMMM

God forbid you get used to driving a manual... you'd go through the windshield left-foot braking! Always brake with your right foot!!!
