When you drive 2 hours to get some tires for her. Then you find out the steelies they were mounted on have to small of a center bore. So you pull out the mechanical tire mounter and swap the tires onto your steelies...all to just drive her.

when you consider a day of fun going to the j/y looking for parts for your 3g
^that's the truth. i agree

You occasionally cruise Craigslist looking for 3G's, and then when you find what might be a good one throw it up on the site, all in the hopes that it will find itself to a good owner, or maybe you might just think about buying it yourself...

When you almost always went out to the front of your house if someone else is using your 3g, just to admire it while in motion.
...and can't help but being anxious about it
When you can't help feeling restless/itchy if you have not driven it for more than 2 days (seriously, this car makes a drug like addiction)
When you drive other car (be it BMW, Mercedes, Honda Fit or minivans), then suddenly you get this urge to drive your 3g because it still feels better for you![]()
I was at a stop light a couple years ago with 2 other 3geez making left turns. I started to flip my lights like crazy expecting nothing out of them, but both of them started flipping their lights too. It was hilarious, me and my fiance at the time were cracking up. It made my day.

i tend to bore the shit out of people by telling them stories about my car![]()
Hah, here here... They wind up talkin to someone else in my friends group and ignorin me haha..
And i agree with the fact that they're damn sweet and addicting to drive.... i cant drive it cause of so many reasons, but i do anyway DDD: Haha its great....
Haha, me and Chris (bobafett) are neck and neck right now. We've both been working on our cars since the beginning of time, but both got married and started families (you have at least one right Chris). ...but we've managed to keep the 3G from bachelor to married/grown up life.
...how 'bout when you call the machine shop asking for a price on a valve-job or milling, or better yet a full porting with flow-bench testing, and when you're asked what motor you're doing it for, you hesitate then respond A20. That's usually answered with a pause, then "what the hell is that out of?" followed by "why don't you just scrap that junk motor and go with a newer B that's much easier to build power with". ...then you proceed to get into an argument with the guy, and have to convince him to take your money and do the work you need done.

How about when you go to the junkyard looking for some 13" steelies. Then you walk into the import section and see 4 3gee's sitting there and you get excited and walk faster to see what you can snag off of them. Meanwhile, in the junkyard owner eyes, it looks like you've just stepped into a room full of hot chicks that are all for you to have.
