I have a question. My LX-i has two oxygen sensors. Are they different or are they the same exact sensors? I want to replace them but i can only find one of them. Thanx.

36532-PJ0-661 SENSOR 2, OXYGEN
36532-PJ0-661 SENSOR 2, OXYGEN
36532-PL2-013 SENSOR, RR. OXYGEN (GREEN CONNECTOR)
36532-PL2-013 SENSOR, RR. OXYGEN (GREEN CONNECTOR)
According to Honda, they are diffrent. Connector wise that is.
BTW, how much are you willing to pay for one? i think i might have one.
I got two universal NTK sensors from www.nopi.com and the work very well it is the same company that makes NGK plugs. Also the connectors are only different on color as sometimes with headers you have to switch them I know I did.
The part number is 973+0267 I have had them in my LXi for about 1 year without problems.
Bro i work at discount i get them at $12 each. There bosch. How much you want for them?
$12 you say...Originally posted by Janiel

Is the LX-i the same part number as for carbs?

I'am not sure but i can check. Tell you as soon as i can.
Why do some models have one oxygen sensor and some two? A mechanic told me that the standard oxygen sensor wasn't the same part number as the two-sensor part, and that the Honda dealership wanted $200 a piece for the two-sensor part. What's up with that?
I have 2 O2 sensors I used 2 of the same NTK o2 sensors both universal and have had no problems for over a year. got them 20 bucks each from www.nopi.com
86-89 carb 1 o2 sensor 86-87 efi 1 o2 sensor 88-89 efi 2 o2 sensor.
I just checked nopi's website for a price of $30 each with connectors, $24 without. How hard was it to change? Do you need to remove the exhaust shield?
Sorry, those prices were from oxygensensors.com. I could not find the universal ones on nopi's site.

I got this one 19.00 2 of this item number 973+0267
The easiest way top remove them is a special O2 sensor socket and I did not have to remove my hear shield also some box head wrenches work well.
