That didnt make sense man... it backfires out of your cold air intake? Intakes dont backfire. Stick the stock intake tubing back on and see if it still does it. Cars will also backfire if they are running too rich...

Valve timing. It's a bitch to adjust, but worth it in the end. Also, check your valve last, but I'm almost positive it's valve timing.

The timing belt may have jumped a few cogs... You need to verify that the mark on the flywheel and the marks on the cam gear are still in alignment.

This is just a wild guess, but do you think your distributor is out 180 degrees? I can't think of any other reason why it would "backfire out the CAI". Does this problem arise only at idle, or does the car even move?

no it moves an drives fine execpt for the stuttering durning accerlation..... i put the stock intake back on it an it stoped backfiring..... my vacum advance peice on the distributer has a broking hose connecter so one hose isn't connected could that cause it to stutter........if its nto that then i have no idea what else it could be....

Just block the vacumm line and see if it does it. Block it NOT at the distributor advance side, block it at the other end.
