FS: CRX Recaro seats

Ok, don't have any pics yet, but I've got a set of CRX seats in absolutely MINT condition for sale.

Black bolsters with custom salt&pepper tweed down the center.

I just bought them for over $200, and I just paid over $500 to have them professionally reupholstered, and now I decided that I'm not going to use them.

Obviously I'm not going to get back all that I put into them, but I'm not going to cheat myself either.

All of the bolsters were rebuilt and extra padding was added to make the bolsters a little stiffer. The black material is original, but in great shape. The seatbacks were redone in new black vinyl and the pockets were removed from the backs.

Also included with the seats is two yards of the tweed used, so you can re-up. your rear seats and/or door panels, etc, with the matching tweed. The seat rails were removed, but are included, and do work perfectly as well.

If you're serious, make an offer. I'll get pics up within the next few days. Please don't post if you're not seriously interested, and have the $$ to buy these.

I'm not 100% sure. I still have yet to try the seat-rails in our cars, or try and put a set of 3G seat rails on these seats. But anything is possible. If there is enough of a concern about this, I'll take the seat rails from a set of 3G seats I have, and try to fit them on. But honestly, I don't really want to have to a ton of time with them, it's bad enough I'm selling them.

Why did you list them as Recaro, when there just redone seats???

I *think* they will fit if you use the 3G rails. I dont know for sure tho.

Mark- I think your best bet for selling these would be ebay. Take a few nice pics and put them up there. It seems like nice sets of CRX seats ustally go for $300+

crx seats are recaros??? I'm gonna have to find me some at the yard. damn I wish I had some money mark I'd take them off your hands....

True, they are redone seats, but they are redone Recaro seats. Honda contracted Recaro to make the seats for the CRX Si's back in the day.

Agreed. Ebay is where they're going next. I just wanted to give everyone here first shot at 'em.

well, not to detract from your sale, they more than likely wont bolt into our cars, i got del sol seats in my Ca6, and that wasnt impossible, mounting seats is pretty flexible. good luck, i think i might cover my interior in black tweed, and pics?
