    cupholder interchangeability

    Does anybody know if a cupholder assembly from a 90-91 Accord is the same as the one for an 86-89? I am talking about the whole box (which replaces the cassette holder). I saw a picture of one, and it looks damn close to our dimensions. Anybody tried this?

    It's not the same (comparing my 90 EX to my 88 LXi), but that doesn't mean you couldn't make it work if you really wanted to.

    yeah, i tried to swap ones in a junkyard but couldn't get it in there.
