if im not mistaken that's a Civic B16 Edelbrock intake manifold retro-fitted to fit the A20A3 head. some members are doing that swap here in this forum. try looking in the performance section and there should be a topic about it there.

Also with that intake won't you need Sean's ECU since you will have to get rid of some vacum hoses.
