    My Free 3G (Sort Of)

    Well i got this because someone owed me a bit of cash, and i got the carb rebuilt for a case of 3:2 beer so it wasn't a bad deal, that's all i had to pay for it. it's an 89 LX (i dunno if it's LXI)

    Also i've got a set of Motegi MR12's 17x7.5's that i might put on there, now it's on a 5bolt set up right now (the rims are on a GM) is it gunna be a problem droppin it to a 4bolt hub?

    You can buy an adapter to go from a 4 to 5 bolt pattern. www.lowboyz.com I think has them.

    EDIT That site doesn't work anymore but I'm certain you can find those adapters on then net if you do a search for hub adapters.

    And the car is a LX The LX-i cars were fuel injected. And the DX and LX were carbed. And the rare SE-i was FI as well.

    If it's carb, then its an LX. LX-i are fuel injected.

    suggestion: sell the 5 luggers and go for 4 lugs.

    the adapters fuck up your off set and can be problematic. its just one more thing between your wheels and your car.....sometimes the tires rub up against the wheel well if the rims are big enough and or the car is dropped. but like i said....its just one more thing between your wheels and your axles.....

    just my $.02 do what you want

    According to Motegi the rim will fit, it's last years version of the rim.... here's a pic of the car i have them on right now

    Nope those are universal 5 lug rims. Wont fit.

    is there another honda that is 5 lug that uses a hub that would also work in the 3gee? just a thought

    It can be alot of work to get the hub the offset will screw u.Nice rims thow.

    Oh well, then those rims will just go on the wifes 00 cavalier instead of the 3G....
