Ok I have had a sagging rear bumper for a while now, it fell completely off a few months ago. I have about 8 screws holding it in now, but they give away and it sags a little more as time goes on. Is there any good way I can mount it back up nice and tight and it will hold?

first take the thing off and figure out what's wrong with it. cause bumpers just don't start to sag. something either gives away or something rots. just find the problem and fix it. don't mickey it that never lasts in the long run.
one of my 88 lx's is up for parts. good engine and transmission. pretty much everything is there. the fenders and hood are bad but other than that it's pretty good.

The places where it was attached to the car are rusted through, all of them. How can I fix that? It's rust...
