    What exactly are they selling?

I need new bumpers, so is this place selling the whole bumper, or just a cover or something??? It says that it's primed so I'm guessing the bumper, but you tell me.

The bumper cover is the the plastic 'bumper'. The actual bumper is the metal support underneath it that actually does the stopping and keeping something from going into your radiator/motor.

Ya, i get you... I am know that you cannot get the bumper covers from Honda, we tried that after my sister hit a few wall in parking lots and then when the car was rear ended, we ended up getting one from an auto wreaker because the aftermarket one was crap. But there is a guy in town who re-conditions old bumpers for you, but he charges a fair bit. I think it was like $300CDN a piece, but they are just like new.

If you need to replace the structural bumper, dont get it, but if the plastic part of your bumper is messed up then thats what you wanna get. There is an autowrecker here in town that has them for like 30 bucks brand new and they are OEM ones. I have one in my garage right now thats brand new. I might consider selling it. I dont know how much shipping would be. You might want to check around your junk yards and see if they can get OEM replacement pieces.

You can get the parts from Honda. $$$$, but they still make them. It's 3 separate pieces. I just bought a cover in January from Honda.
