The metal woofer cone and voice coil former are constructed from one piece of aluminum, a design that maximizes heat transfer to the face of the cone — the better a speaker disperses heat, the more power it can handle. The lightweight aluminum cone is ultra-rigid, so it withstands large amounts of power without distorting. A die-cast aluminum chassis provides a stable, non-resonant platform for the woofer.
Angle-mount the 1" aluminum dome tweeters for prime imaging, or flush-mount them for a sleek, professional installation. The 2-way, external crossovers (5,000 Hz, 12 dB/octave high- and low-pass) help you squeeze every ounce of performance out of these speakers.
