    Wild Fuel Consumption or Faulty Gauge

    I dunno if my car eats a lot of fuel or if it's just the gauge thats messed up. whats the best way to diagnose this problem? thanks!

    fill it right up.. drive for 26 miles in the city.. not tooo fast.. then come back to the pump.. it should take 1 gallon.. if it takes like 2... you know something is maddly wrong

    woah thats an interesting test... too bad within those 26 miles I would probably have raced 2 or more cars.
