    Unhappy wreaked my car!

    well yep i wreaked my car.... some guy crossed out in front of me an i hit him..... it was totally the guys fault... but yea these are the pics.....but im getting my truck now

    thats sooooooo fixable! all you need is some yellow vinyl, some type r sttickers and a bit of duct tape.. no one will even notice it... they will just say, oh.. theres another honda

    PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE tell me that you beat the guys ass! How fast were you going when you crashed? Who was found at fault on the police report?

    What size are those wheels? What kind of shape are the wheels in? How are the tires?

    2nd dibs on those wheels if they're what I need.

    Damn man, tough brake on that crash. That car really looks like it was in great shape prior to that mess. Are you alright? Did everyone make it out of the accident without any major injuries?

    the rims are 15's the tires are in fair conditon....the guy that crossed out in front of me was some old guy he just sat there in heis car aftr i ran over to him an asked what the fuck was he thinking... an he was there saying i don't even knwo if i had my turn signal on..... i was goign about 35 an saw him when i was liek 20 feet away cause the care in the 2nd lane next to me i guess he said waved him across but instead of checkign my lane to he just took off.... the officer at the crash said i had the right away an didn't have to stop....

    That will not buff right out... You should part it out though. It looks really clean and the insurance will give you like $200 more if they keep it.

    I bought the whole car, but i'm doing some swaps to my 2door, so anything that won't fit in a 2door is up for grabs if Scott wants to sell it.

    oh man, i just thought of something. if its totaled and you claim the insurance on it (i dont know why you would) they're gonna take it. i say, save the money in the insurance, dont claim it and sell it to me like you were originally going to! i know that when i wrecked mine, my insurance was gonna jump like 50 bucks a month and it sure as hell wasnt gonna be worth it to me!

    I'd be out of a car AND get stuck with a higher insurance payment........getting screwed 2 ways didnt sound to appealing to me.

    no no, claim it, but buy it off the insurance company for like $150.

    If its not his fault then his insurance should not go up. It is the other guys insurance that pays for it. And if somebody waves you out, and you get in an accident from it, i heard that it was the person that waved you out whos fault it is. But im sure they are long gone... Good luck with the insurance, and don't forget that your neck and back hurt now . Hope nobody was hurt though.

    I dont know about where everyone else lives, but down here in California, because I have had to deal with this stuff so much, if you get in an accident and it is not your fauilt, and your OWN insurance company tries to jack up your rates, it is illegal for them to do so. infact you are in all rights able to sue for false claims made by them. Gieco does that shit all the time. but once you call on it one time they back the fuck off!!
