it belonged to an old man who only drove it to get groceries and stuff. never smoked in, garage kept, and well maintained. i don't think the back seat was ever sat in... i painted the black bumper and door trim with duplicolor bumper coating b/c it was a little faded in places and i polished the taillights and all the black trim around them with brasso metal polish. if anyone has an 86-87 and the black trim around the lights is faded to gray that's how u get it black and shiny again. other than that, just washed and waxed her and put armor all on the tires.

haha... yes i did that and i know that doesn't count...

the 'mods' i were talking about are: i put in a stock stereo from a 97 accord. sounds nice with the pioneer 3-ways i put in, it's made by alpine and can control an alpine cd changer, looks nice and stock, and it was cheap on eBay... also the "H" emblem on the steering wheel is from a 4g accord. fits perfect and it looks better than the original one IMO. the background texture matches perfectly with the steering wheel...

i'm trying to keep it as stock looking as possible really since it's in such good shape. i bought SE-i rims from Maurice i'm gonna put on it and i'm gonna tint the windows to 35% charcoal gray all around. under the hood i'mma paint the valve cover red. as far as appearance that's about it.

performance is a different story... as the funds allow i'm gonna put on front and rear strut tower braces, get new shocks, and replace all the ball joints and bushings in the suspension with new ones from honda. maybe a small drop with some lowering springs too... i'm trying to maximize the handling capabilities of my car without sacrificing ride comfort. this is my daily driver which has to last me thru college and hopefully long after that... i don't ever wanna get rid of her!! with the engine i want to put a CAI on it and get headers and a new exhaust system. any suggestions?? that will all have to wait for now tho as i'm about to start college and i need my money for other things...
