the lenses are custom. so you might as well keep your 89 housings, and just make a set for yours... i just used 1/8 lexan and scored the lines with a utility knife. i cut out the design on a bandsaw, but you could do the same thing with a dremel.

that's what i thought. i like the font, but the font like that doesn't have one without the lines. we've both been searching through all of our fonts to see what looks best...

oh yeah i'm sure we could just "fill it in" using photoshop, but it is kind of ghetto, but then if that's all we can do....i dunno we'll keep working on it

yeah but thats not the point. u cant make a sticker with a low res image like that. it needs to be either an adobe illustrator file, or a reallly really high res bmp. this is a vector based machine. so it doesnt rely on pixels to make the sticker..

if we tried to make a sticker from that it would look REALLY choppy. im sure you guys have seen stickers like that before.

thanks for the effort though... we will get a cool sticker made soon enough!

well if we can get the font it will be as simple as typing it out in illustrator... thats what i am saying. i have a lot of cool fonts, but its just MY opinion about what looks good, so i am trying to use what we all have agreed upon as a cool looking sticker...

if hostile sends me this font then i can mock the sticker i have no sweat!

also this way i can tweak things i could make changes for people with special requests, we could even do like the dsm talk guys do, and have a username included with the sticker.... they are a much larger group, and most of their cars are hot.. so its a little less ghetto.. but its an idea nonetheless

well to have truly smooth edges u have to use a vector based imaging program. with a raster based program, even if it appears smooth on the screen, when it prints, it will look like ass. same with the sticker. yes we could do it that way, but why be ghetto about it, when we can do it right.

i hope i dont need to change my exhuast soon. i just got it last summer. thats just what happens to that type of tubing. when i get it redone i will get the aluminized shit that doesnt rust, but i didnt know any better when it got done the first time..

yeah i have had the silencer removed. seriously at 3000rpm and above it hurts my ears... i dont like that. it sounds really nice and quiet now, which is great. i can go 90 on the freeway and still hold a conversation, because i can still hear myself think. it does sound good without the silencer, but i couldnt handle the noise.

thx about the clears. i offered to make more a while back. maybe i will just buy some lexan and make like 10-20 sets and sell them off over time... they do look better than any other clears i have seen...

I have the same muffler, I just keep a set of wrenches with me, so when I'm travelling on the freeway, I put the silencer in. When I'm in town I let that baby blaze........

My lenses are also custom. I did mine a long time ago but I kinda like the different look yours has. Oh and I like the sticker but without the lines going through them.

I'm almost positive the font is "Gill Sans Ultra Bold" and then Italisize it. If you need the font let me know.
