Print out the custom gauges and put them on. Make sure that you cut the whole out the middle of the custom one and slide them on. The heat/fuel one, I cut small slits from the the needle area to the end so that they would slide on.
If you have any more questions. Just ask.

UMM I have done everything but put them on. I don't know how 2 and the ways to do it... Do they just slide right on the needle and the I screw them on? How do I do it for all of them?

Cut out the center pieces and punch a hole in where the screws go for the tach and the speedometer. Then slide your custom ones on to the needle and down and screw them down. The temp/fuel one is a little different though. From where the needle goes to the end cut a slit so that they slide on each needle.
A problem i had tho is that the paper would stick up a little after left in the car (probley due to heat). You can do two things to prevent this. Instead of cutting directly on the dotted line that goes around the gauge cut around the outside of that so that the bezel holds it down or super glue them to the original gauges (not reversible for obvious reasons).

(The pic is reversed :lol )

Hope this helps cuz i had the same problems.

I think the wrinkling has more to due with humidy than heat. To solve this problem I had a friend I know who does sticker cutting print the gauges in vinyl. Looks awsome and I can always peel it off later.
Osiris, are you saying cut them about 5 16th of a inch bigger so that the plastic thing that is around them can press them down?

Osiris is there a way that you can take yours off and scan them and send them to me? I can't get mine to resize right. I really want these on here cause I love the way that Paul made them...

I just tried with some really crappy gauges that are all messed up and I could not get the gauges to go on it....I would have to cut a bigger hole to get it on the other gauges..

Dont need to. Get them from Pauls site and open them up in Microsoft Photo Editor and change the size to 50%. Should fit perfect then.Originally posted by c20v6turbo3rdgen

I had a problem getting them on the needles too. Just remember the black center area where the whole is will be behind the needle holder. So you can cut it a little larger than the black center area thats provided by Paul.Originally posted by c20v6turbo3rdgen

Yea but you have to have the inward pointing needles for the fuel/temp. Some gauges have outward pointing needles like me.Originally posted by dews89blkaccord

Photo Editor should be there. I cant really send it cuz it seems to be embedded into Windows. You should have it tho. Right click the image and go to "open with". In that sub-menu you should see MS Photo Editor. If not, right click the image then choose "open with" and then choose "choose program" and find Microsoft Photo Editor in that list somewhere. Let me know what happens.Originally posted by c20v6turbo3rdgen

c20v6turbo3rdgen: you disconnected the light thats on the top part of the cluster? Do you like it?

I wouls like to get those but I want the silver backs and ones that come with colored needles. The white needles with a simular background don't do it for me. I'm going to try for a blue background right now.

Justin86: I wouldnt get those. Theyre cheap and you can make them yourself. Look at it. The needle isnt lit. All you have to do is disconnect the upper light in the cluster and add a lightbulb color of your choice in the rear.

Hey c20v6turbo3rdgen, good news. I used MS Paint and it printed out the right size no problem. Just open up one of your gauge templates in MS Paint > go to print preview > then print. When you go to print preview the image should look like it will when you print and will be a "normal" size. Try it out and see what happens.

No, i didnt resize it in MS Paint. Just print it. It looks big in edit mode but when you print it, it should come out right. Try it and see.
