valve cover painting

i need to replace my valve cover gasket, so i'll be removing my cover. (duh!) since i will have it off i would like to paint it. i would like to do it in blue. i know i need to use high temp paint, but which to go with? thanks for the help. i might even replace my oil cap, who has good cheap ones? holla!!

As far as painting goes check this out:

and for a new oil cap, just check out ebay, you usually can get one on there pretty cheap.
