So i've been tryin to find performance parts for my 89 LX-i with a 2.2 liter but i cant seem to find jack shit and 3geez wont let me post on anything else but this thread so if you guys know of what website i can go to to find performance parts for my car that would be great. Everybody has parts on they're 89's... where the fuck do they get they're stuff?? thanks.

I bought the car and the guy told me that the guy before him took out the original engine and put on in it from like a '99 accord. And im pretty sure thats what he put in there.. but i could be wrong. Im no good with the japanese cars lol. I perfer american muscle.. but gas prices have made me comvert lol.

Ya i can. Ill take em tomorrow and post em on here so you can look at it. If im not mistaken isn't the 2.2 a Vtec? I could be wrong about that too but i know i dont have a Vtec in mine lol.

thats the engine in my 3 gee

that is the same 88-89 honda accord engine...its a a20a3 with 2.0L making 122hp

ohhh i see lol. Well now i know that. But there's only 90,000 miles on the engine with 234,000 on the car so thats pretty good eh lol.

Yea, 90,000 miles is very good for that engine ; now you only need a CAI and Headers to feel a little better performance.

Yeah I think you should reconsider. 3geez are fairly easy to work on and not to mention Oem parts are very easy and cheap to come by.(Unless you get a B20A lol) And they are good gas savers.

I got into the gravel on shoulder on highway 285 outside of Buena Vista and when i tried to bring it back into the lane the ass end kicked sideways on me and i went sideways across both lanes of traffic.. then flew off a 30 foot inbankment and when i hit the bottom it rolled. The guy in front of me turned around and came back to see if i was ok and he said i got about 20 feet of air. It was pretty crazy.
