well my o2 sensors went out the other night, so i just unplugged the one and it runs alright, but kind of eats a little more gas then it should. Ill still be there though, no word on if my girlfriends going to go, but im almost positive she is. Going to dinner and such in Denver thursday night with her dad, step mom, and brother so ill probably ask him about it then.

the o2 sensors are 17 years old... its not surprising.

i have them unplugged and now im getting roughly 25.2 mpg, im not complaining. Cars running great. Now my girlfriends truck, a completely different story.

i think them starting to go faulty was creating some problems, and without them it actually runs better... which is odd, maybe im just on crack?

I'll be there... considering the slight distance from my house, I'm not entirely sure if I'll be representing the 3Gs, or representing the forced induction segment... the tires on the Celica are nearly 10 years old and shot. *laughs* Either way, I'll be there.

My car decided to shift when I was jacking the front end up.... the jack stand on the right side bent up the painted part below the door ripping a nice big whole, while the left side jack stand went under the drivers side floor panel, making a large indent upwards.

sooo, the car is decommissioned until I can buy a new driveshaft w/ cv joints.....

I was trying to get the car high enough to be able to get under the car and be able to reach my inner cv joint on the drivers side...

i'll let you guys know later if i have the chance to go down...

mine did that once, now i have a good dent in my passenger side rocker panel, and under my driverside floor pan.

oh, and when trying to remove the lower strut fork bolt, I broke 2 sockets.... Man that fucker is tight! How did you get yours off Nate?

i only broke 1 17mm socket though. Matt (superaccord) had another one that we used. We also used about a 20" bar around the end of the ratchet, and slowly worked it loose. Also, find some kroil i think it is, that will help a little if you let it soak for a few hours. Yours might be rusted in like my rears were, if thats the case youll most likely need a torch or a new strut fork.


Also, matt, we need to get together and do some work on our cars again sometime. I want to do that strut fork cut in the front for a little lower stance, my rear is starting to squat so my front sits higher... i dont like it at all. Also need to get some v3rsion3 stickers form ya :P

If this year keeps going like it has been, its gonna fuckin suck. LOL

Robie (my girlfriend) probably isnt going to be going to the meet now. We were haulin some arse out to her house, she was following me. Doing about 75 in a 45 on the longest straighest road around and there was a cop. For whatever reason he pulled her over and not me, even though i was in front of her and probably going a little faster. So she bullshitted the cop and said she had to get home kuz her brother fell down the stairs and that her dad would call him (the cop) when she got home. SO we get to her house, i go to call and pose as her dad... no answer. So alls fine and dandy, yaknow the usual haha laugh laugh new years fun. Then the phone rings, and "Brighton, City Of" shows up on the TV Caller ID thing... well it went down from there. So right now shes having a talk with her parents about it and she hasnt text me back or anything so its probably bad.

I'm really hoping she will be able to go but we will see.

Cant wait to see the turbo setup though

EDIT: Ok, so she got the whole "we're dissapointed in you" speach and didnt get into any trouble... but yea, she's probably going to be able to go.
