    Suspension Technique or Progress Springs?

I have both sets of springs (2" drop) and koni struts and was wondering what would be the better springs to use to lower my car? The Progress springs are on the coupe now and seem to drop the car further then the Suspension Technique springs dropped my hatch.

They are sooooo close in terms of spring rates, I can't say a word edge wise on that.

    speed-tech 2.0"drop F365 R230

Are you questioning if you should spend money to replace the Progess springs or do you only want one of your car's lowered? I say keep'em unless their to low for you. In which case pull them and sell them, their an excellent spring. Progess is one of those rare companies that's got it together.

? for you, the speed tech front springs are supposed to be linear, take a look at the progress springs and tell me if their front springs are linear or progessive? Linear will have their coil spacing equal from top to bottom. Progessive will have a group of coils that all allot closer together, usually towards the top of the spring.

The coupe is going to be the one driven right now since the hatch has a blown tranny so I want to put on whichever is a better spring. I'll have to check those springs when I get the car back, it's at the local speedshop being tinted right now.

i had the susp. Tech springs at first.
I put them on and then i got mad that I bought them, because it wasn't low enough for me. It didnt' look like a lowered stance...

I cut a few loops off, looked good, but then I felt stupid for cutting them because it bounced so much.
I ended getting coilovers. the end.

As far as I can tell all the springs are progressive. I think I'll be swapping the rears, with the new box and an extra sub the backend dropped quite a bit. From what I can tell from pics my hatch backend is a lot higher then the SE-i backend was before putting the subs in.
