Which Momo hub kit to get?

Nopi has 3 and I know I don't need one with cruise control but what are the differences between these two?

I know prices are different but can someone tell me why? I bought a Grant D-series wheel and it will work with any momo hub kit. I don't know how these hub things work. Will I still have the headlight and washer levers? I'm not seeing out it fits on there without removing those levers. Thanks for the info guys.

    the links don't work...

The lever stay in it's place... I'm sure you've seen my interior a few times on my car domain site.

The price is different beacuase of the difference in the material... it must be a higher qualitly of aluminum... it looks like it was polished as well. The hub I got almost looks like Recycled aluminum... and I wouldn't doubt it if it was.
