    Unstable Idle

    Hi!
My car(A20A2) have a very unstable Idle, from 250 rpm-1000 rpm .And idle is sometime not stable at one place..I think it should be stable at 700 rpm,i belive that i need to adjust the idle screw to get the desired idle..Should i just find the idle screw and screw it clockwise to adjust the idle to 900 rpm?

How do i use carb cleaner, can i just spray the on the carb?

My car starts and runs fine..just the idle that is unstable.Anyone here who have sugesting,i have replaced the fuelfilter, fuelpump, spark plugs, distributor, replaced the fuel filler pipe and cleaned the fuel tank..

Anyone have any sugestion, what the problem might me,and what can be done..

You lift the air cleaner lid and spray the carb cleaner at the gold colored screen in the middle... remove the filter first so you don't end up spraying the filter by accident.

You could have a small vacuum leak somewhere... the idle screw should be on the left side of the carb... but since you have the A20A2, the idle diaphragm might be facing a different direction.
