    Knight Rider "Kitt"

Ok, I know some of you are going to scream rice so I'll do it for you . Now that, that is over with. I was at Autozone tonight to pick up so 10 40 oil for high mileage engines and notices a package for 2 red scanning led bars about 12" long each. So I picked them up figuring they would fit somewhere in the car or I could put them on somthing. They fit perfectly in the hood grill of the car. One on each side. I can't wait to get power hooked up to them and see what they look like at night on the car.

I've been wanting to see those in use. I remember back in '96 I saw them at pepboys and thought they were kinda odd. Theft deterrent devices those were I believe.

my town has a bylaw that prohibits any sort of red&blue and/or rotating or flashing light. Green is pretty much the only colour that they don' t take a shit about...but even then, firefighters use green.

and snowplows use blue too. My state outlawed them all together. Any kind of neon kit in or out of the car. Even if you're parked you can't have them on. If a cop see's you with them on he can fine you even if you're not driving.

It's like vinyl but it looks like CF. You can buy it at most speed shops.

Hmm I can get a hold of a bunch of CF vinyl too. Is it just on the front or is it inside too?

It's wrapped around the whole grill and cut in certain places so that it doesn't wrinkle.
