    New Airflow Mod

Hm. A friend brought this up that I thought would be an awesome mod, for an incredibly cheat price. He was thinking...a bunch of air flows through your hood when you're driving. So why not hook about an 1 1/2" tubing from your hood opening, directly to your flipped airlid box. So much more air flow would go to your intake. The only problem is that the tubing would have to be flat so that the hood could close, What do you think? There would be wide openings connected at the hood opening and the air box. And then 1 1/2" tubing connecting the two.

That's got to be the cleanest living DX I've ever seen.

a lot of the cold air induction systems for the BMW's are like that. In fact, they make a carbon fiber one for the M3's. Some of the domestic cars (like cameros) have a similar setup. It probably wouldnt be too hard to make one fit a 3G.

Imagine the air flow you'll be sucking in. At times, it'll be pushed in on the highways!

Awesome. The total cost of the project will only cost me about 20 bucks. I should start it in the next couple of weeks hopefully. I can't wait.
