how tall can i make the filter on my weber? i want to make a HOT air intake for the winter time cuz my car runs like ass with the ICY cold air (-30 C) so i was wondering, can i make a 2.25 inch tall filet, but of aluminum plate, add a 2.25 inch pipe to the side and then get an exhaust pipe bent to go down by the header? make some sort of colector at the end of the pipe.. theoretically, (sp?) the carb will only suck air that is near the header and it will be warm... any ideas would be helpful... oh yah.. im also gonna put the intake manifold collant heater back in effect...
