Yeah. The clear bumperlights. This is a common one between us here at 3geez.com. It took me 30 mintues to complete and was worth every minute. How does it look?

That's got to be the cleanest living DX I've ever seen.

I should have figured the bumper color when seeing that you have a DX. Yeah, the clear bumpers lenses have been done many over but it still improves the look of your car. That's what matters.Originally posted by MIK3_DX_STYLE

Well don't get me wrong, the bumpers have been repainted from the original sun faded ones....haha. They have been for about 6 months now...the bumpers w/ the clean, clear new lenses are a kick ass combo.

it says use something to pry it open but i used fire. the glue holding the prices together has a lower melting point than the plastic. then i just used a small nail and hammered it into the soft melted glue. then just worked my way around.

Well. First. Unscrew them. Theres a hole going through the foam piece, above the fog light squre cut outs. Take the housing off by twisting off the wire. Then work a ways till you break into the housing, on the very edge of where the housing, and clear face plate of the light meet. Work your way around, remove the orange piece by any means necessary. Then just reseal with any water tight clear adheasive, twist wire back in w/ bulb, and re-screw in, and you have it man. PM me for further detail.

i used 3M emblem adhesive. anything made by 3M will hold way longer than you want it to.

when i did it i used 3M super adhesive or something, basically just a super glue. I have not had any problems with moisture getting into them. So basically what im saying is, if u usea decent glue, just put a good even coat and u should be good to go.
