factory body kit?

well I was driving around last night when I noticed a clean 89 accord 4-door in a parking lot with a body kit(mainly a front spoiler,small skirts and a rear lower spoiler)unfortunitly I did not have my cam with me but I had never seen it before......so then the owner comes out and she was this old lady lol...she bought it new and she said that it came that way new(this car was an LX-I).....it even said honda on the skirts! I asked if she would ever sell it and she said that she was planning on getting a new accord soon so hopefully she calls me and sells it to me but this car was loaded....foglights....leather int....bose tape deck...man I hope I can get a hold of this car
