Ok guys, I've tried everything and the car still misses under load (accerleration). No codes in the ECU. Idles smooth and when you're just cruising along it's fine.
New wires (twice since one new one was bad), new plugs, cap, rotor, fuel filter and air filter. Cleaned the fuel injection.
What else???? I'm really frustrated at this point.

it is probably you distributor. sometimes they worn out, and no matter what you do, you can't keep it from missing or flowing idle.
i had the same problem on my car. changed to prelude distributor and every ignition problem went away.

do you have idleing problems too? how many miles does the car have? i would bet its either your ignitor, distributor, or ignition coil. but shepard is probably right... distributor. getting a new Dis will include a new ignitor hopefully.
Hi Rusty. No, I don't have any idle problems. The car has 264,600 miles. Starts fine, runs fine at idle and steady speed. Just misses during light/moderate acceleration. If I run it hard there is no miss.
