Talking Another New Set Of Rims!

well i had told y'all about the prelude rims i wanted. it was either gonna be the 14 steel rims with hub caps, or the aluminum 14s. i got lucky 2day at the junk yard. i got the aluminum ones. i got them for $30 with exchange of the aluminum '87 LX-i rims. they have better tires i guess you could say, because my LX-i rims had dry rotted tires. these arent all cracked on the sidewall and tread. only bad thing about them is that they dont have as much tread as the other ones did. these tires are road hugger G/Ts. their alright for now, but i am going to get something a bit better when i get the chance. ill have to take some pix of it cuz they look pretty good. they looked a lot bigger when i had the 14s next to the 13s. anyway, i may go back either tomorrow or monday to the same junk yard to get the cool looking grooved valve cover that say 12 valve and honda on it from the prelude SOHC. also, i may get some stock looking fog lights off the prelude i got the rims from. i like the way stock rectangle fog lights look on the 3gee cuz they are rare on them. especially in the US. anyway, its all good now, with these prelude rims. heres the other thread i mentioned rims in. it has the 2 different links with the 2 different rims i was talking about. the ones i have now are like on the 2nd pic.

........... just noticed something, that prelude in the 2nd link has the fog lights i wanted to get.

i took some pix this morning before i went to church. it was still sunny out side so i took the opertunity. everyone likes them a lot. they think they are bigger than 14s, so thats cool. im going to see if i can get a guy to repaint them. or realy, powder coat them. instead of of silver, i may go to gun metal. i kinda miss my LX-i rims. i didnt realy like them that much, but they were the first ones i ever bought. im looking for some nice tires to put on these rims. they have 195 70 14s right now. im wanting to go to 205s, not shur about the sidewall size though. ill have to look right now and see whats offered. im happy with my new rims.

ok, im loving the look of these bigger rims. but the tires are worn and i of course need new ones. they have the 195 70s now. thats a good width of tread. i wanna know what tires would be good on these 14s with 195 and bigger. dont think bigger that 215s, if they make that in 14s. any suggetsions on good tires?
