Installed my re-valved Bilstein front struts today

Well I got together with my brother and we put on my re-valved Bilstein struts in the front. I've only driven them a whole 8 miles so it's to early to say. So far I like them better than the koni's. Hmm, I see a canyon run in my future

Footnote: The front Koni I pulled had about 50% less compression then when I put it in, rebound felt normal. Left front koni felt the same as when it was installed.
H&R springs revalved Bilstein front struts, koni struts in the rear 195/55-15 Dunlop W-10's Dc Sports header custom cat-back with Dynomax super turbo w/3" Brembo slotted & dimpled rotor's EBC pads
Well, that's what I used to have, wrecked, 7/3/02.

    Now I d

Wow, that cool, hope the new struts work out well.

The koni's you had, did you ever have to adjust them alot to get the firmer feel you wanted?

They can never be adjusted firmer(compression). They are adjustable for rebound. Adjusting them for rebound changes how fast the strut lets the spring un-compress after is has been compressed. That adjustment is the reason Koni struts kill bounce, in addition to being firmer than the other struts made for our cars.
