I'd say a 5. I get lucky at the local pawn shops cause they always get them dirt cheap. They seem to last a bit longer, and I use them on people's rides, were money is an issue.

Yeah, Boss is this really cheap ass brand. They tend to copy alot of the major maker's designs and have entry level use. Do a search, you'll find some colorful reviews.

Boss = Almost utter garbage. They put out exactly half of their RMS ratings (I've talked with the guy who designed them).
