Measure the dimensions. The main deal is the bolt pattern of the seat brackets.

You just have to try it out yourself. It only takes a few minutes to take out a seat. It would easier for you to try the fit out yourself then trust someone else that could be wrong. But I really doubt it will fit. At the minimum it would need some sort of custom fabbed seat bracket. If you want to spend the time and can weld, go for it!
