They both fit. And you need to get H4 conversions if you want to buy just the bulb, not the housing and the bulb in one piece. Just go to www.ebay.com and type in 87 accord and you will see tons of H4 conversions.
Are those conversions any good? Leaking? Fit?
Work good, yes they leak. Seems most people have problems with it leaking. Cdscowboy made some covers for them that work really good and stop the leaking, so if you get H4 conversions, contact cdscowboy on here and he'll hook you up
Oh, and it's totally worth getting the conversions.

I bought my H4 conversions from midnightmoose.com. They are NOT "diamond cut" and have glass lenses. They have been on for a couple of years now and have never leaked. They seem really well made.
I didn't care about the diamond cut thing, though. If you want that Midnight Moose doesn't have 'em. Their kit is about $40 for everything you need.
