B20a gold top specs

I've been looking around a little (and asked around), for the valve train specs for the b20a gold top (86-87?)

Just the factory valve train specs.

If anyone else has any other specs, the factory timing for everything, factory cam specs, factory compression, all the ratios, the fuel pump size (and what part you can use in its place?), the spark plug gaps, anything or everything else, those can help too.

The valve train specs are most important though. I can't seem to find those. Can anyone? Are they the same as the black top b20a (not that I can find the specs for them either)?

Even better, does someone know where I can find a book with all of this information? A run-down of the b20a or JDm accord from that year?

I'm so lost.
