    88 engine parts into an 86 engine

    what should i get from a 88 lxi 2door engine bay to put in my 86 lxi to ? if anything will make my car faster? heh .. prolly a stupid question .. but just checkin if there is anything ..

    take the intake manifold w/ throttle body... and grab the ECU and control box just in case.

    Seats? I think the 88-89 had firmer seats... and nicer fabric.

    You defanitely want the 88/89 intake manifold they have dual butterflies, unlike the 86/87, more suckin power! :super:

    yayuh .. thanks guys .. but you kno QUICK way of removing the manifold? .. to me it just looks like 2 unbolts and out .. yea ? well after removing all the wires and tubes .. yea .. quick way cause hes sending it to the junkyard TOMORROW at 3pm .. and its 10:44pm right now .. so tonight is a busy night ..

    flat head a philips head screw drivers..

    socket extentions and a maybe those bendable socket bits to get the odd angles

    I don't know the easy way for the EFI motor.

    aright .. thanks man .. ^^ that guy knows alot about our cars .. good job man .. thanks to people like you who teach the noobs .. :super: yea .. mad props .. ill keep you updated if it comes through or doesnt .. but this will be my first major upgrade i guess ..
