Try taking the vin number to the dealer and see if they can make you a set of keys.

You usually need to call the manufacturer directly and prove ownership. I did that to get an original key for a vehicle we bought used. It came with only 2nd and 3rd generation keys and they didn't work that well.

Once you get your new key, set it aside in a safe place as a master and get a copy made.

A good lock smith can cut keys by code number also. I was in your shoes once and even though I got the code from my dealer the key didn't work 100%. My lock smith had to spend a few minutes recutting the key but it works great now. He stuck the key in my door and fiddled with it and seemed to Know exactly where to trim!

When I worked for Audi/Porsche they could get new keys from Audi direct but they had to be ordered. But one alternative was if they had the lock code from one of the lock cylinders they had a tool that could cut a key on the spot. So Honda may be able to do the same thing.
