Are we talkin HOOD scoop or ROOF scoop? The hood is what covers the engine, the roof is what covers the cabin.
Hood Scoop: You would have to buy a hood scoop. Then you would have to cut a hole in your hood, and route pipe to your intake filter. Kinda pointless unless you have either an aftermarket filter, or a top mount intercooler.
Roof Scoop: next to impossible on a front engine car. These are for mid engine cars where the engine is behind the driver. To do it to a front engine car, you would have to run the ducting thru the cabin. (the one on the eclipse in F&TF was there for show only)

he said hood scoop, so i guess thats what he means... all you will have to do it cut the hole, install the scoop, take the fliter lid off the top of the carb, get a panel style filter and attach it to the inside fo the hood under the scoop... and when i rains, just stuff a towel in the scoop to keep out watter
