    Noisy fuel pump.

Anyone got any idea what could be the reason for a brand new bosch fuel pump is rather noisy?

The Bosch fuel pumps inherently have a louder electrical motor than stock. Its not a design flaw, just different engineering.

thanks for the reply, i do understand tat the pump is more powerful, can support up to 400hp machine, the problem is, the noise is not constant, like unconstant kinda "click" sound.

I checked, and notice tat the fuel pump cover is somehow bent, not to the original patent, is this causing the problem?

if so why the noise is not constant?
