Rear Bumper

Are there any rear bumpers for the '89 Accord LX with spaces for a exhaust pipe on both sides?

I've looked for that before when I was going to put dual exhaust on my 89 accord lxi. I couldnt find any. But I look around at performance shops and they said that any body shop should do it fairly cheap. If you are looking to do it yourself I suggest knowing what you are doing first. Hope that helps.
