i think my clutch is going?

I dont know if the clutch is going or not. When i push in the clutch the rpms go up, and when im driving, i push off the gas and the mph goes down little by little until it goes down like normal. Can somebody help me?

clutch test, try and start from third if ur clutch is gripping u should almost stall out and take off and then try and start from fifth if ur clutch is good u will stall out because its gripping but if clutch is bad it will just rev

that sounds like carb or TB problems though
its not how fast you go, its how fast you get going.

another way to test is to push in the clutch and try to put it in reverse. if it grinds very slightly then its ok but if you cant then its bad. yeah but that doesnt sound like a clutch issue

the best way to test the cluch is to pull the emergency brake, and try to take off in first gear, of your car stalls out, your clutch is fine.

how can you not know if your clutch is going or not???

    I really dont understand this!

The clutch connects the power from the engine to the wheels. You can feel the transfer with the engage of the clutch. If the transfer is not solid and smooth you need a new clutch!
