im trying to put my heater button assymbly back into the center console but it wont go in all the way so i think i have to remove my middle 2 vent assymbly. the vents are lose on the right side but the left side by the steering wheel there is something holding it to the dash. How do i get the vent assymbly out. please help thanks.

You have to take out the mirror switches, dimmer switchs, and any other covers to reveal screws that attach the driver side dash board to take out the driver side and center air vents.
