My Accord wont start

I changed my speedometer cable and put everything back the way it was and now my Accord will not start. The battery works and she has gas. When I push in the clutch and turn the key, nothing happens. She wont even turn over. My guess its the starter, but I'm not sure. Can anyone give me advice on what can it be before I go wasting money on parts I don't need.

I'm guessing something around the dash might have came loose since you had to reomve the guage cluster to get the speedo cable out... or if it's a hard to start issue then maybe you knocked out a wire or a vaccum line.
