why do you want coilover? there no struts strong enough to keep your car from bouncing all over the road.
    get some lowering springs.

Well I would get your hopes down yet. I think we can work around this problem with the Blistens. When you say 88-00 what car are you talking about???

I mean just the coilovers kit. with stock struts. i know its bad but right now i have a bouncy ass ride and i rather be like my friend using coilover kit with stock struts. its not that bad i mean shit i am already used to it. its pretty stiff to. cuz what i got is a floatly boncy and its really gay. u can see me moving up and down in the high way. so If they fit on my 86 accord sedan i will do it. but tell me if they do. i need to know by this week. thanks guys.

If you do this your ride will become worse. From what you said it sounds like the shocks are bad. If you want to stop it from bouncing all over the place get new shocks. If you want to lower it get lowering springs. Coilovers usually have a tight bouncy ride that is uncomfortabe. I.E. ground control and eibach coil overs. You can get lowering springs for about 100-150.

4 gen accord coils will work but they are even stiffer than the ones for 3 geez.

The 90-93 is the fourth gen, the 94-97 is the fifth gen. They both had the same suspension.
What is up with trying to get suspension parts not made for the 3g?
You can get coilovers, springs and shocks that are made for your car.

Well your best bet would be the 92-00 Civic strut/springs. According to Jim they are about the clossest fit but I'm not sure what has to be done inorder to make them work. Another option is to find out what struts are the close to stock and they find some springs that are a close fit. You will have a frankenstine supension set-up but that would be my only other idea.
Or just go with the accord lowering springs.

if you're looking for dirt cheap lowering, cut your springs. Its free and will ride better then cheap ass coilovers.

If you want coilovers, i've been told by a couple different performance shops that 95-00 civic springs will work, front and back.

hey this thread is long, so i didnt read it, but i am 99.99% sure that toms motorsports coilovers for 88-00 civic will fit. from everything i have seen they are the same as ground controls.

but they use 450lbs springs i think... or maybe 450/350
