Help with the windows?

My back windows roll down fine, but the front two roll down slower than hell. What can I do to make the widows roll down faster?

I tried lubricating my window with the silicone and it did very little. I believe the backs are faster b/c they are simply used less. But before I lubricated the drivers side it got stuck sometimes and I would have to help it but now that doesnt happen at least, but its not very far from it.
